In the past year, Delta T Engineering has produced numerous Delta T Alert prototypes utilizing various components such as sensors, printed circuit boards, wireless technology, etc. All prototypes were lab and field tested for quality assurance. Field-testing was conducted at several NY & NJ commercial office buildings. Test data collected and analyzed included the following:

• Distance or range of wireless communication
• Wireless Communication Interference
• Software/Temperature Accuracy
• Temperature monitoring of:
    · Disconnects
    · Fused Disconnects
    · Power Panels
    · Transformers
    · Distribution Panels


In early 2008, Delta T Engineering with the help of an electronic engineering firm developed its final prototype. Testing of this unit proved to be extremely successful on the above-mentioned electrical enclosures. Delta T was tested on enclosures with known heating anomalies as well as enclosures that were operating in a normal temperature range. Our final prototype and software combination was able to communicate this information wirelessly to an on-site computer with flawless results. Although, this test data proved positive, Delta T Engineering does not consider this a Case History.
